On April 29, 2022, a regular online meeting of the Honorary Council of the Order of St. Panteleimon for Professionalism and Mercy took place. Naumenko.
During the meeting, the initiatives of the Chairman of the Lviv Regional Council OR Duda to prepare the population for the provision of first aid in wartime and the Chairman of the Honorary Council V.M. Knyazevych on renaming streets in Ukraine.
Traditionally, the meeting heard the report of Professor O.M. Naumenko on psychological support of the population of Ukraine, which is carried out by the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology, Department of Medical Psychology, Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy of NMU named after O. Naumenko. Worshipers together with the Order of St. Panteleimon (as of April 28).
Alexander Nikolaevich, in particular, noted that various online platforms continue to work:
Telegram channel “Psychological support in martial law”. 574 subscribers of the channel have joined. 51 posts on psycho-education of the population were made.
Individual online psychological consultations were conducted, which were requested by Google form users. In total, there were 41 inquiries from NMU students / staff. Among them: panic attacks, feelings of guilt for leaving Ukraine when others stayed, as well as the deaths of relatives and friends, anxiety.
Chat friend “FRIEND” provided everyone with first aid after psychological trauma. The chatbot was used by 40,800,000 people from all over Ukraine.
23.04.22 – the annual scientific-practical conference “Medical and psychological care in war” (organized by the Medical and Psychological Faculty, Chairman of the Committee – Dean, Professor MM Filonenko). 26 reports were made and more than 300 participants were involved.

25.04.22 – the seventh online lecture in the series “Crisis psychological counseling in war” on the topic: “Common mistakes in dealing with trauma” (lecturer – Head of the Department of Medical Psychology, Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, Professor OS Chaban) . More than 100 people took part (NMU students, interns, internists)
28.04.22 – seminar “Flashbacks of War and Personality”, organized by the Department of Medical Psychology, Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy in conjunction with the NGO “All-Ukrainian Association of Psychosomatic Medicine” (lecturer – Assistant Professor of Medical Psychology, Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy Sofia Laguti took over 100 persons, including NMU students, interns, internists) ”.
