RESULTS OF THE SECOND ANNUAL WOMEN’S HEALTH INTENSIVE “WIW: SHELTERS IN LABOR”
On May 5, 2022, the second student intensive on women’s health took place “WIW: Childbirth in Shelter”. The event dedicated to the International Day of Obstetrics was held in a new way this year, taking into account the different opportunities for spectators across Ukraine.
The uniqueness of the seminar is that it brought together not only future doctors, but also medical practitioners and ordinary women around the complex problem of our time in a light topical format: a presentation of instructions, answers to listeners’ questions and nice bonuses for viewers.
The welcoming speech was joined by Acting Head of the Department of Scientific Work of Students, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Victoria Potaskalova, Chairman of the Board of SNT named after O.A. Kiselya Yevhenii Prykhodko, CIS Supervisor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology №2, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Assistant Natalia Hryhorivna Skuryatina, CIS Supervisor of the Department of General and Medical Psychology, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Zinaida Lilandrivna of Medicine, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Maria Alexandrovna Ovdiy.
Management and teachers of NMU named after OO The worshipers expressed their sincere admiration for the preservation of the wonderful tradition of the event, wished creative inspiration, success to the speakers and active participation of physicians and ordinary women during the evening.
The organizers and speakers of the event, CIS Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology №2 presented their own guide to childbirth in the shelter, told all the nuances and secrets of the sections. Speakers from the Departments of General and Medical Psychology and Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, who presented their mini-lectures available only to viewers of the broadcast. In general, active members of the groups of departments presented their reports and sections of instructions, and their supervisors-experts at the end of the event answered questions on the following topics:

- Early child care – 5th year student, medical faculty №1, group 7108 Rostislav Eduardovich Grig (co-authored by 4th year student, medical faculty №1, group 8108 Natalia Vladimirovna Roshchina).
